Monte is responsible for the company’s focus and direction. He oversees daily office operations and electrical design in all sectors. He has extensive experience in electrical design for new construction and renovation for commercial office buildings, healthcare, hospitality, education, and others. With over 30 years’ experience, he has enjoyed working in most market sectors. He has designed various building electrical systems including normal power distribution, emergency power distribution, uninterruptible power systems (UPS), grounding and bonding, interior and exterior lighting, and photometry. He has experience in multi-discipline project management, engineering design, developing load calculations and short circuit studies, voltage drop calculations and interdisciplinary coordination.
